I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The suite was spacious enough for my family, including our toddler, but unfortunately, it wasn't cleaned properly and had a troublesome air conditioning issue that left me drenched in sweat. The location was ideal for tourist attractions, which I loved, but the breakfast options were quite limited and lacked variety. Overall, the helpful staff compensated for some downsides, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a family retreat during Hari Raya, and it was a great experience overall.
